Facebook & Instagram Intgration

The following instructions will guid your through how to import your Etsy Listings from Etsy360 into your Facebook and Instagram Shop Catalogs.

1. Navigate to: https://business.facebook.com/commerce/ and log into your FB Shop, then click +Add Catalog under the Catalogs section below your Commerce Accounts section

2. Under Ecommerce select Online products then click Next

3. Select Upload products Info, Enter a Catalog Name (we called our "Etsy Products") then click Create

4. This part is completed... click View catalog

5. Select Data source in the left column then in right section select Data feed, then click Next

6. From the Data Feed screen select Yes (Are you ready to upload your spreadsheet or file) and click Next.

7. Next, in the top menu (Upload from computer, Use a URL, Use Google Sheets) select Use a URL and paste the URL you copied from Etsy360 into the "Enter the URL where your file is hosted". Then click Next

8. Choose Weekly and click Next

9. Verify and Save Feed and Upload

10. Done! The upload process can take several minutes to complete but you should notice items starting to populate right alway from the items menu for this newly created catalog.

IMPORTANT: If you make a change to any of your Etsy Listings you'll want to run the Import button from the Etsy360 Setting page and then run the import again on your Facebook Shop Catalog. Here are the steps to complete the process.

1. Go here: https://etsy360.io/settings and click Import button. Wait for the import to complete.

2. Log into your Facebook Shop (Commerce Manager) https://business.facebook.com/commerce
3. Select your Etsy Catalog you created above and Click Data Source, then select Upload Now button. The upload process with start.

That's it... your Facebook and / or Instagram Etsy Product catalog has been imported.
